Instruction for Installation
1. Download GROSS Setup and install with administrative privilege.
Note: Single package containing Windows Installer, .Net Framework 3.5 SP1, SQL Server 2008 Express and SAP Crystal Report Runtime Engine 13.0.5 and other Utilities. You may download individual prerequisite packages from the vendor sites if you find some of the components are preinstalled in your system or you preferred latest version of the packages.
2. Download most recent GROSS update, if the package is already installed.
Note: Using of latest update is always recomended.
System Requirements
Supported Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows Operating Systems such as Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 (Service Pack 2),
Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016, Windows Vista Service Pack 1, Windows XP (Service Pack 3) etc.
- 32-Bit Systems:
- Computer with Intel or compatible 1GHz or faster processor (2 GHz or faster is recommended.)
- Minimum of 1 GB of RAM (2 GB or more is recommended)
- 64-Bit Systems:
- 1.4 GHz or higher processor (2 GHz or faster is recommended.)
- Minimum of 2 GB of RAM (4 GB or more is recommended)
2 GB of free hard disk space
Minimum resolution 1024x768
LAN configured for Multi User Version
